As a non-profit organisation we try to provided reduced rates to those coming from:

- Non government organisations
- Think-tanks
And for those coming from these parts of the world:
- EU new Member States
- South East Europe
- Eastern Europe
- Africa
- Asia
- Latin America
- Other countries which are not members of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).

These discounts are not automatic, and depend on the funding received for each conference, the aim of the conference, and whether places are available. We operate on a tight budget, so our ability to offer a reduced charge is always limited.
